REHABILITATION UNIT
Overview
The Rehabilitation Unit of Beethoven Recovery Centre can admit patients of 18 years and older. Psychiatric and nursing oversight is available at all times. Patients are guided to Full Recovery and Sober Living Wellness through an integrative model.
Individual needs will be accomodated seven-week residential treatment programme is preferred, although individual needs will be accommodated in determining the in-patient treatment duration.

- Patients are guided to Full Recovery and Sober Living Wellness through an integrative model of a bio-psycho-social-educational and spiritual approach.
- This integrative model draws on internationally recognized models of recovery to develop individualized patient-specific programmes that provide optimal outcomes.
- Psychiatric supervision is available at all times.
- Our treatment is dual-diagnosis focused.
- We comply with all regulatory authorities’ rules and regulations.

A three-week intensive programme includes:
- Contemplation, Commitment and Action
- Medical examination by our general practitioner
- Psychological assessment
- Psychiatric supervision is available at all times.
- Formulation of an individualized integrative treatment plan
A four-week programme focusing on:
- Maintenance
- Reintegration
- Recycling
THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:
- Detoxification
- 3 Weeks primary care followed by an optional 4 weeks secondary care programme.
- Psychiatric evaluation and weekly consultations
- Medical examination by our general practitioner
- Implementation of an individualized integrative treatment plan
- Individual & compulsory group therapy
- Sport and recreational activities: Swimming, Pool table, Gymnasium, Table tennis, Croquet, Volleyball and Cricket
- Occupational therapy including music, art, relaxation and skills training
- Meetings with patients’ significant others
